Summer Reading Program 2024

What's been going on at the library so far in 2024? Check out a few pictures of Story Times, Lego Nights, Teen Events, Book Signings, Craft Times and more! We always have something fun happening at the library!

Week 5 wrapped up our Oceans of Possibilities Summer Reading Program for 2022.  Barry Mitchell and his puppet friends were a big hit!  We also had some sweet treats from Earnie's Food Truck for our terrific readers.

Week 4 of our Oceans of Possibilities Summer Reading Program for 2022.  Dr. Magical Balloons was so much fun!

Week 3 of our Oceans of Possibilities Summer Reading Program for 2022.  We had so much fun seeing and learning about the animals Mr. John from Animal Tales brought to the library.

Week 2 of our Oceans of Possibilities Summer Reading Program for 2022.  We had a movie pajama party and watched "Hotel Transylvania."

That's a wrap! Week 5 ended our Summer Reading Program for 2021 with Gutsy the Flying Fox! He put on an entertaining and action-packed show full of jumps, tricks, and all things tales (and tails)!

A big thank you to Dewayne Reynolds and the Dr. Magical Balloons' Fun Time Show...a great mix of balloon fun, magic, and comedy!  Great job to all our readers!!  :)​

Thank you to Gene Cordova and his puppets for putting on a great show! We learned that there is a "Universe of Stories" and a "Galaxy of Laughter"!
The kids also had fun creating beautiful & colorful ties for Father's Day!

"Libraries Rock"...In keeping w/ our summer theme the kids from Bethlehem, Creative Minds, Treehouse & CDC had fun painting rocks for their Tic Tac Toe Burlap bags!! Also a big thank you to the Queens for volunteering their time...a huge help!!
